Sarah and Nick had the most gorgeous, perfect wedding in West Sussex.

Despite the weather not behaving as it should, the vertical rain and freak wind storm didn’t put a damper on this wedding.  But it did mean that we had to be a little more fluid with our photography plans, but we did manage to get some lovely shots of the happy couple during the day.

Relaxed bridal prep was held at  the farm, where Sarah’s amazing (and beautiful) team of brides maids ensured that the day started smoothly.  Honestly brides… Please allow lots and lots of time to have fun (and photographs) as these bridal party did.

My ever so patient second shooter Jane was deployed to photograph the boys before giving up and  heading of to thee most beautiful Norman church somewhere in Sussex to capture the candid shots of guests arriving.

Sarah looked absolutely stunning, from the start of the day to the very end.

Despite the wind/rain/hail/thunder… we managed to capture some lovely confetti shots at the church before the bridal party departed back to the family farm for the drinks reception and then the wedding breakfast.

During the day the bad weather seemed to calm down a little, which meant that the guests could wander around the grounds of the farm and view some of the wedding cars!

Thank you Sarah and Nick for allowing Jane and I to photograph your wonderful Sussex wedding!

Here’s a small selection of shots from their lovely wedding.
